Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and qrpay88 ("Platform" or "We"). This document should be read together with the qrpay88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form the complete agreement framework.

Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit limit is RM50 per transaction regardless of the payment method chosen. Funds will be credited to the account once successful transaction confirmation is received by our system.

Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal limit is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after the request is approved, subject to successful identity verification and no suspicious activity on the account in question.

Welcome Bonus

qrpay88 offers a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the total bonus received before any winnings from the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering required: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM1,888 → Wagering required: RM888 × 15 = RM13,320

The amount to be wagered is based on the total bonus received, not the deposit amount. Members are advised to fully understand this calculation before claiming a bonus.

VIP Programme and Cashback

qrpay88 provides a tiered VIP programme with four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each level offers different weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP level is based on gaming activity and player records. qrpay88 reserves the right to change the VIP programme structure at any time with reasonable notice to members.

Bonus Abuse

qrpay88 strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedge betting, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, and betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with unreasonably minimal risk. Violations may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.

General Game Rules

All games available on the qrpay88 platform are operated by software from licensed providers. Game results are final. In the event of a technical dispute, qrpay88 system records will be used as the final reference for resolving any disagreements.

qrpay88 is not responsible for any service disruptions arising from factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power supply interruptions or hardware failures on the member's end.

Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to hack, breach or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure

• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful activities

• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in games

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension, permanent account termination, and freezing of associated funds.
